CAMPING AND CARAVANNING
The Mabalingwe Caravan Park is the ideal camping destination for any wildlife enthusiast. Find yourself surrounded by abundant birdlife and the calls of the wild, as you light your campfire amidst the glow of the setting sun. There are fun outdoor activities for the whole family including putt putt, hot and cold swimming pool with slides, jungle gym, and volleyball court.
Visit our convenience shop and liquor store for all those “forgot-at-home” goodies or pop by our R&R Buffalo Bar for delicious pizzas and pub style meals after an adventurous day out with one of our guides.
DISCLAIMER:
- Our park changes with the season. During the dry season, we conserve water, so we can't guarantee green grass in our caravan park until the rainy season.

- Our park is situated in the bushveld and part of our flora in the caravan park
include Sickle bush trees, Fever trees, and Buffalo thorn trees, therefore we cannot classify
the park as thorn-free.
​
- We kindly ask that no loud music be played and that noise be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 8:00. If your neighbor can hear it, it’s too loud. As a nature reserve, we value tranquility and the much deserved rest of our guests. If this doesn't align with your holiday preferences, we kindly recommend exploring other venues.
​
- Mabalingwe Game Reserve reserves the right to offer entertainment programs during public and school holidays, which include music and various poolside activities. If you prefer a quieter experience without the festivities, full caravan park, and lively children, please visit us outside of these dates to experience the peace and tranquility Mabalingwe has to offer.

CAMPING STANDS
The park offers 70 stands and varies from paved to grass stands and from shaded to full sun.

Each stand has:
A dustbin (cleaned out daily)
Braai
Water tap
Electrical Outlet

Each stand can accommodate 6 people.
(the price is charged per stand as well as per person)

When booking online and requesting group bookings, please specify this in the 'Special Request' section of the booking platform and our reception will contact you with updated stand numbers to ensure your group stays together.
